Go Big or Go Home ***

Tonight I want to post a review about a book I read. I just finished Go Big or Go Home by Will Hobbs. I read it in the span of about 3 nights, which means it is a fairly short book. (I read it for about 20 minutes each night before going to sleep.) It was pretty good, as it had some action, suspense, and adventure. It only earned 3 stars on my rating scale though because it wasn't a book that grabbed me and made me think, "Just one more chapter before I sleep." It was one I could put down and not really ponder during the day. Which is fine, it just doesn't make it a GREAT book in my opinion.

Some of you read it and LOVED it, which is GREAT. As I've shared before on this blog, some books hook people more than other ones, and that's okay. For example, Mrs. Schneider loves Rick Riordan's stuff, meanwhile it doesn't interest me at all. And that's okay. If you LOVED Go Big or Go Home, that's AWESOME. It just wasn't a GREAT book for me. *grin*

Last night after finishing that book I started The Leanin' Dog. Stay tuned because I have a feeling that review will come in the next few days. Of course, that's pending massive snowfall and a snow day. Otherwise, it may be longer. *grin*
