BLIZZARD 2011

What did you do today? Did you play in the snow? Did you watch a movie? Did you read a book? Did you play with your pet? I know, I know, you cried BUCKETS because you didn't get to go to school! That's it, isn't it? I knew it! *grin*

As for me, Jay (My four-legged furry kid) and I hung out all day. We watched it snow, cuddled while we watched TV, watched KU beat Texas Tech on TV, and cuddled while I read a book. It's been a nice day. We stayed in where it's warm, and plan to do the same thing tomorrow.

Oh, and we did go out with my ruler and measured the snow by the tree in front of my house. At 2:00, my ruler showed 5.8 inches of snow on my lawn. At 5:15, my ruler showed 10.5 inches! And it was still snowing! I can't wait to go outside tomorrow and see how much snow there is at that time!

So, we have another Snow Day Tomorrow (Wednesday) and I plan on staying in where it's warm. I got my homework done tonight while we watched the KU game so I can really relax tomorrow! Yea!

So, stay in, stay warm, and fight the tears. Don't worry, we will get to make up the days we're out of school, so you'll get all these days back eventually. *grin*
