Tonight I want to welcome Brooke to the blog! Brooke wrote a short story that I really enjoyed reading. I have done a little tweaking to the story so that it is easy to read. ENJOY!
"YO, kid!"
I looked over.
"Can you help me please?"
"Sure," I said to the man.
"How do you make money?"
I looked at the man.
"What?" I said.
"You heard me."
I looked at the man.
"Well, let's see..." I said.
"You have to get a job." I told the man.
I left.
"Wait Up!!!"
I turned around.
"What?"
"How do I get a job?"
"You have to ask and fill out a form." I said.
"Oh" said the man.
"Yeah" I said and walked off.
Then I realized it was my brother.
"What an idiot," I mumbled.
When my brother got home he was talking how a kid looked exactly like me.
"That was me." I said.
"Oh yeah."
"Whatever" I said and walked off.
