The information I got below was taken from the ASSOCIATED PRESS, on the internet. I was SO EXCITED this morning to see this announcement. Now all we have to do is wait until November 15th for the book to be released! YIPPEE!!! *grin* By the way, I looked into posting the cover of the book, which was also announced today, but due to copyright reasons, I didn't do so. This fall the Diary of a Wimpy Kid Series returns to bookshelves!!! Today it was announced that the title of the book is "Cabin Fever." The book will be released November 15. Amulet Books (an imprint of Abrams) stated that the first printing will have 6 million copies. This will be one of the largest printing copies in recent history. Worldwide, over 40 million copies of "Wimpy Kid" books have been sold. One reason that the print is so high is that this book will not be released as an e-book. Abrams President, Michael Jacobs, and Jeff Kinney agreed that technology was not adequate at this time for the highly illustrated books and it's good for kids to read on paper.

I don't know about you, but, I CAN'T WAIT!!! *grin*
