Hey Everyone!
I bet you've been wondering where I went! I meant to post before I left, but I ran out of time. I went down to Joplin to spend some time with some of my former students who were affected by the tornado that went through there a couple weeks ago. One of my goals as a teacher is to be a life-long support to the students that I teach. When I heard that there was a tornado in Joplin, I immediately started checking on them to see if they were okay. They are all okay, and they were happy to see me come and talk to them. They are amazing little people, and I'm so glad I could go and be with them for a day or two. *grin*
Now that I'm back, I'll be back to posting regularly again. I will be going back to Joplin a few more times this Summer, but I'll do my best to let you know before I go!
You know, I read today that it will be HOT the next few days. DRINK LOTS OF WATER!
