My Life as a Stuntboy *****

Hi!

I hope everyone is having a GREAT break! I also hope everyone got A LOT of books as a gift to read for break. I received two books yesterday for gifts and was SO EXCITED. Yesterday I read over a hundred pages in one of the books. I was hooked!

So, tonight I have a review for you to read! I just finished MY LIFE AS A STUNTBOY by Janet Tashjian. It's a companion to the book MY LIFE AS A BOOK. It's not a sequel, as it doesn't continue a story line from MY LIFE AS A BOOK, but it does have the same characters, which is cool. In this book, Derek Fallon returns as the main character, and finds himself in the role of a stuntboy on a real movie set. This book was very well written and easy to read. In fact, if you enjoy books such as DIARY OF A WIMPY KID or BIG NATE, you will enjoy both MY LIFE AS A BOOK and MY LIFE AS A STUNTBOY. The illustrations throughout the book are actually done by Janet Tashjian's son, who is a teenager. I thought that was cool!

So, check it out. You'll be glad you did!

*grin*
LIFE.
IS.
GREAT!!!
