Last night we had the Super Bowl, tonight we have the KU versus MU Basketball Game. Just like last night, I am posting during the game. At the moment, the Jayhawks are ahead 46-42, at half-time. I will say, Missouri is playing a good game. They are working hard! HOWEVER, I am still cheering for the Hawks! I am a serious Jayhawks fan!
Did you know that I'm actually from Lawrence? (Lawrence is where the KU Jayhawks are located!) I graduated High School there, and went to several Jayhawk basketball games as a teenager. On the day after the Jayhawks won the 1988 Basketball Championship, my Dad actually took me out of school early to go to the Pep Rally that the town had for the team! It was amazing!
Tonight MU is playing KU in Lawrence. On March 5, KU will play MU at MU!
Ah, I LOVE this time of year!!!
Who do you like better? KU or MU? I would love to hear!
For now, I have a basketball game to watch! *grin*
