A Day Of Thanks!

Today is an amazing day! The day that we're to give thanks for all that we have been given. I am thankful that I live in a city where books are readily accessible to everyone for FREE! Have you ever thought about that? We live in a city where we have access to just about any book we want to read through Mid-Continent Library! Of course, we have our FABULOUS SVE library, but we also have access to any book in the greater KC area through the public library system here. Perhaps this isn't news to you, but when I moved here over a year ago, I was VERY excited about the library system because I moved here from a town where we had ONE library and the selection was fairly limited. Here we can reserve and check out ANY book at ANY time via the internet. I love that!

We are incredibly lucky to be here in Lee's Summit, where books are at our fingertips all the time!
