SNOW DAY?????

I have to admit, I sit here on Sunday Night hoping that we have a snow day tomorrow (Monday) and/or Tuesday. KEEP IN MIND, I SAID HOPING! I have NO news, so don't get excited, okay? (It is Sunday Night as I write this post!)

What is it about snow days that appeals to us so much? I have really pondered that today as I have talked to various teachers who have mixed feelings about a snow day. Truthfully, those who are against a snow day have a good point. I mean, if we have ZERO snow days, then we will be at the pool a day sooner! It definitely makes sense.

I'll be honest though, I'm one of the people who WANTS a Snow Day! I love the idea of sleeping in, playing with Jay, cuddling with Jay, reading one of the MANY books on my nightstand, and watching movies. I also like the idea of lounging around in my comfortable wind pants and hoodie! *grin*

I am curious...how many of you WANT a snow day, and how many want to keep going so we get out earlier in May? I'll add a survey to the side of the blog, so please vote.

As for me, I guess I'll get ready to crash for the night. As of now, we have school tomorrow.
